Janine has over a decade of experience developing, designing, and delivering solutions for capability-building initiatives, optimizing workflows, driving efficiencies across organizations, and high-stakes speaking engagements and presentations. Her work across many sectors has honed her ability to craft and implement strategic change programs at the micro and macro levels. As a seasoned performer and trained behavior analyst, she specializes in studying and applying nonverbal behaviors and biofeedback loops to help individuals communicate and collaborate with confidence, clarity, and empathy. She holds numerous psychometric, SCRUM, emotional intelligence, and behavior analysis certifications, which she uses to create custom training programs and workshops that are both inclusive and highly interactive.

She is a proud graduate of Wellesley College with a BA in Neuroscience and French (Honors), NYU Tisch with an MA in Performance Studies, and the Emotional Intelligence Academy/Manchester Metropolitan University with an MSc in Communication, Behavior, and Credibility Analysis (Distinction). She has trained at the Guthrie Theater, NYU Tisch, and HB Studios, performing in stage and screen productions in both French and English.

Psychometric Analysis

During her full-time tenure at Raines International, an Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm, she served on the Advisory Team. She completed advanced psychometric analysis and developed reports for use in selection, development, and senior team alignment work. She crafted their proprietary Difference Makers® Psychometric, which will launch in 2024.

Programming & Facilitation

She designed and launched interactive educational training programs that integrated the latest research in neuroscience, unconscious bias mitigation, communication, behavior, and credibility analysis.

Other client-facing programs developed and delivered include keynotes and workshops designed to create more equitable talent landscapes, in-depth interviewer training sessions, and senior team alignment workshops that leverage psychometric data and LEGO(R) Serious Play(R).

Operational and Strategic Consulting

Working across all departments at Raines, she supported internal and operational projects ranging from collaboration platform launches and updates, automation process flow development, internal talent management (hiring and development), and change management initiatives. She generated custom tools, models, systems, and processes to drive efficiencies across the firm by determining key data sources and ways to improve the underlying data’s quality and facilitating its collection to deliver objective information to track employees, practice areas, and firm performance and engagement. She continues to serve as an ongoing strategic and operational advisor/consultant and a psychometric subject matter expert.

Presentations and Proposals

Janine acted as global creative lead, distilling complex messaging into captivating, high-impact presentations and proposals for internal and client-facing work.

Learning & Development Work

She devised and deployed global training programs in live and remote formats and self-serve online modules for employees of all tenures. Topics included, but were not limited to, effective communication and presentation strategies, unconscious bias mitigation, shame resiliency, inclusive leadership, Agile methodologies, and the cultivation of personal capacity.

Operational Consulting & Analytics Support

She created and implemented bespoke regional workflow processes and tools for the North American and Global Creative Services Team to improve client outcomes. She also partnered with the People and Analytics teams to enable the faster creation of local, regional, and global reports and facilitate the distillation of critical insights from the Worldwide Employee Engagement Survey.
